Flowable Composite Features High Radiopacity and Ultra-low Shrinkage
Kerr Corporation announces the availability of its award-winning Premise trimodal hybrid composite in a flowable configuration. With its optimized viscosity, new Premise Flowable strikes an ideal balance between ease of dispensing and handling. It flows easily to fill cavities, yet holds its shape.

Premise Flowable uses Kerr’s proprietary nanofilled, trimodal filler system to deliver excellent mechanical strength, superior polishability, and wear resistance. It offers over 300% radiopacity—the highest percentage of any flowable composite currently on the market—and 20% less shrinkage than leading brands to minimize stress, sensitivity, and microleakage.

Available in 10 shades, Premise Flowable is indicated for anterior and posterior applications, including temporary and permanent repairs, sealant, and base/liner.

No-drip Dentin Desensitizer Promotes Patient Comfort
Centrix introduces Glu/Sense, the first no-drip hydroxyethylmethacrylate/glutaraldehyde dentin desensitizer for use under restorations or any time dentin is exposed. It is fast, easy-to-use, and provides more control and accuracy than the competition. The innovative delivery system features a syringe with a foam-tipped needle for faster, easier direct placement. Glu/Sense is the only glutaraldehyde desensitizer in a gel formula that will not spill or drip onto sensitive tissue.

Glu/Sense will not interfere with bonding agents, requires only 1 coat, promotes adhesion, and minimizes microleakage. It is universally compatible and works with all materials and dentin bonding systems. When used under restorations Glu/Sense reduces the chance of postoperative pain; it also may be used to treat hypersensitive dentin when no final restoration is to be placed.
